Kristin Iverson

Kristin Iverson began her career in architecture after graduating from Texas A&M University.  She worked for Carter & Burgess (an architectural engineering firm), which became Jacobs Engineering, as a project manager.  Kristin worked for Carter & Burgess in Ft. Worth, Texas and in New Haven, Connecticut.   She earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Albertus Magnus College in New Haven, which focused on business development.  In 2005, she joined Ethan Allen (Danbury, CT) as an owner’s representative, building corporate retail stores from Florida to California.  Upon moving to Utah, she began her appraisal career as a trainee at The Cook Group (a commercial appraisal company) for Jon Cook, MAI.  Armed with her appraisal license, Kristin joined Davis County Assessor’s office as a residential appraiser and earned her Certification as a commercial appraiser in Utah.  Later, she joined the Salt Lake County Assessor’s as a certified general appraiser in their commercial department.  After several years working in ad valorem appraising, Kristin rejoined the world of fee appraising with Cushman & Wakefield’s Valuation & Advisory Services in the Spring of 2019.
