Jenna Ayre is enjoying a new position at CBRE.

Jenna Ayre, a long-time CREW Utah member and board member, recently accepted a position as an associate with the Utah office of CBRE. She is partnering with Barb Johnson, a first vice president at CBRE, to represent tenants in office and health care.

“My future is as broad and expansive as I want to make it. Before I didn’t have control over that – in a salary position, you get what you get,” Ayre said. “Here, I have limitless opportunity. Every minute that I’m doing something else is a minute that I’m not spending on my future.”

Ayre’s previous experience was in interior design and construction management. She said that she decided to earn her real estate license and pursue brokerage “because of the people of CREW, and seeing that there was more available to me and more opportunity than what I was taking advantage of.”

“I’ve been exposed to these women for many years. I’ve integrated and networked for seven years,” Ayre said. “It was just such a natural next step for me.”

For the last three years Ayre has been the CREW Utah Director of Philanthropic Endeavors, championing the partnership with Girls on the Run. As the CREW Utah board completes it strategic planning efforts and adjusts its focus, Ayre is looking forward to the next iteration of the chapter’s philanthropy and serving her fellow members of CREW.
