The philanthropy committee has been doing great things in Q4! They organized a successful event visiting Corner Canyon High School in November. They spoke to groups of students in the business classes to inform them of the variety of careers involved in the real estate industry and the pathways they all made to get to where they are now.
It was really exciting to have a group of strong and successful women talk about the ins and outs of finding their current path and proving to the students that you don’t have to have it all figured out right away. In fact, the more variety you have, the more skills you pick up along the way to add to your repertoire.
Alex Schwerdt and McKell Dalton were asked to join a group of panelists to speak to BYU students in the Real Estate Finance program. It was an incredible night of connecting with women in the program and give them some thoughts on moving forward as a woman in the industry, including using CREW as a support network!
