Strategic Planning Committee

The Strategic Planning Committee is responsible for establishing and implementing the Strategic Plan for the Chapter. A Strategic Plan is used to set priorities, focus energy and resources, strengthen operations, ensure that CREW Utah and its members are working toward common goals, establish agreement around intended outcomes/results, and assess and adjust CREW Utah’s direction in response to a changing environment.

The Strategic Planning Committee meets with each member of the CREW Utah Board of Directors on a bi-annual basis, to assess and review the goals from the prior year, and set new goals for the coming year.
